Our rates
For general handyman services, DMS BUILDING charges £45 for the first half an hour and £25 for any half-hour thereafter. No call-out fee.
If you have a lot of work for us, it may be more cost effective for you to hire one of our specialists for one day or half a day. The price for an eight hour workday is £260 and for four hours - £185.
For special services as plumbing our rates are as following: £70 for the first half an hour and £35 for every half-hour thereafter.
All prices are subject to VAT.
For larger jobs, we will quote a fixed price to complete the service. Priced jobs can include refurbishment, kitchen fitting, bathroom installations, tiling, flooring and other installations which would require our services for longer than a day.
Please note that these prices do not include materials. If you require us to source materials for the job, we are happy to do this for you. We guarantee that we will purchase the best quality products available at the price you require.
